Excellent service throughout. Great team. Rooms are clean and adequate. Good location and a pleasant building. All staff was helpful&pleasant particularly Harley who was very nice, dedicated&courteous. All the staff members do a great job. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here whilst exploring Bury and didn't regret any of it. The staff were friendly and helpful and we felt welcome at all times. Comfortable rooms and a clean feel to the hotel added to a restful nights sleep without any disturbances from outside (we were on thr top floor). We bought meals as a deal with the rooms and were impressed with the value for money. Had some issues with our evening meal, but the staff were happy to help resolve problems, and we were satisfied with the resolutions.
